"I want to like this place, but likely won't go back. One positive: The staff was wonderful to both me and my child. Negatives: The pool & hot tub was not available. Most ice machines & 1 elevator were not working. There was not much available in the pantry. The hot breakfast was good, but they ran out of plates 30 minutes after breakfast started. The juice & milk machines were out of order. The breakfast area chairs were stained and ratty. There was water damage on the ceiling & wall of our bathroom. "

"attempted to check in early but no rooms were ready. I checked in after 3pm, when I was in my room putting stuff up a staff member attempted to come into my room with their key card. He said he was supervisor doing room check. I don’t care who you are you should be coming into someone’s room after they checked in to see if it’s clean. It freaked me out. Unacceptable! "

"My 9yr old found a sex toy under the pillow. No one told me until the next morning but when it was brought up to management upon checkout when my kids finally showed me they just took the picture of it but did nothing further. Not worth staying in a $200++ per night hotel if you cant even say the bed was changed because the previous occupants sex toys are left under the pillows. Luckily my my children had no idea what it was."

"Room was absolutely filthy. Extremely noisy party bus parked outside at 2:00 am that shook us all awake definitely would not recommend staying here to anyone I know."

"The room was clean and staff was friendly, a safe place to be after a long day. We were late getting in and I wanted a bottle of water. There was a little kiosk with varied drinks and foods available. No shampoo and conditioner in rooms. Your breakfast selection was good too; a selection of teas, juices, and bread and hot food was fairly hot."
