"Bed was a bit on the firm side for my liking, one of the soap dispensers had 2 only 2 pumps of soap. Staff were really helpful and nothing was a problem to them."

"Very clean unit and our dishes were washed after our first night. (We had had a very early start that day and didn’t expect it!) Just a comment the soaps in the shower are hard to work when you have your glasses off and didn’t see the “press here” message written on them!"

"The property and rooms are beautiful. The location is amazing as well. Breakfast in the morning is great and feeding the Alpacas is a great experience. The hot tub was so nice after a day of hiking! I highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed!"

"Wait Staff member in Restaurant taking our breakfast order was outstanding .. great service ethic. Room basic and small especially bathroom but covered what we needed"

"Smooth check in/ check out, property just as listed on the website, wonderful view, 10/10."

"Our hosts were very kind and helpful. Also, the place was very clean and tidy. Overall great stay!"

"We love it here."

"Room looked like it had been recently renovated. Everything was clean and tidy and it was very nice having an adjustable wall heater in the room. Person who showed me around was very friendly and helped answer my questions about the snow fields. The room is not very soundproof so could hear people coming and going to kitchen until quite late into the evening. Also the shared toilet ran out of toiletpaper and there was no one to easily ask for replacement. Overall good place to stay for one...

"Beautiful place to stay in with the meanest view of the mountains!! The owner is very inviting and if you need something she's got you!!!"

"The toilets and bathrooms are not clean, and there is no hot water available for bathing"
