"Reception gave us a room with the incorrect bed requested. Room was relatively clean but the carpet in the room and the hallways is heavily stained. Bathroom was awful. The tub caulking is black. The shower head is the toe on a hose, but the hose is connected to the tub faucet and only a few feet ..."
