"Breakfast buffet was great. We found a kotex wrappers under our bed and a open pad stuck to the comforter. Thankfully it appeared to be unused but still gross. There are no hot tubs. There are 3 jetted areas of the pool that are the same temp as the pool. "

"The location is great, everything is accessible and the staff are courteous. The receptionist took a very long time to get us register. The rooms need some remodeling to go with the building. I wish there was more space in the lobby to hang out and enjoy a coffee. In the mornings was very crowded and difficult to walk out. The breakfast buffet was a bit expensive but it was good."

"Great location, clean and stylish suite. Th front facing suite was noisy from the street and guests. My only issue is I was detained in CDMX, and asked to extend my stay. They said they could add a day but there was no room through the week. I said fine. However, they sent a whatspp and said I needed to vacate within an hour and that the promised extended night was no longer available. That is bad innkeeping and hospitality. I asked them to book me into a sister property, which they ultimately did. It turned out to be inferior, hot and with bad plumbing. I had to leave after one night. The front desk really doesn't have their act together. Too bad because it is a nice property."

"We loved it here, we are at the top floor & the views were amazing! Everything is great except for 1, we asked the receptionist to book us a shuttle to go to the airport, she said the amount is 190 Mexican for the ride but when we paid the driver he said that it was 550 Mexican, he then called the hotel receptionist & I spoke to her & she said she made a mistake!?! ☹️ Just booked an UBer to go to the airport its about 200 Mexican."
