"The staff were more than accommodating letting us check in early and worked with us on a couple concerns. First concern: lots of construction going on, dead bolt on door not in working order, and bathroom door slides with no latch or lock. Second concern: bedding was significantly stained. The GM offered to refund our stay if we chose to leave and bedding was promptly changed to clean linens. Ultimately, we stayed and had a comfortable stay with hot coffee in the morning!"

"While the website states "no elevator", NO WHERE does it say that the units are on the 3rd & 4th floors, up VERY STEEP stairs. NOT user-friendly."

"First, let me tell you that you have to climb two very steep sets of stairs to even get to the unit. When we arrived the code we were given was incorrect and we couldn't get into the unit. Tried calling the number provided and no one ever answered. Thankfully they did call back, but it took a while. Once in the unit we found it was very dirty and did not feel safe because the code to get into our unit was the same as the one used to access the building as well, which made me feel anyone would be...

"Did not get the room we reserved. We reserved a suite with city view. Only stayed here for the kids to have the view. We got stuck on a low floor facing the back street. Hotel did nothing about it. Asked to speak with manager, never got a response."
