"I stay here often and I always have a good stay. No complaints really. The new TV mounts are very helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. But at minimum they need to bring back the coffee makers in the rooms. The mini fridges are great, the microwaves are great(in the rooms that have them), but there NEEDS to be the coffee makers in each room. The price of staying here...I really need a coffee maker at minimum. Also, if they offered room service from the restaurant! That would be amazing."

"Since we had a tire problem on the road, we were unable to make it to Susanville. I was unable to reach either Expedia or the motel. Calling the motel put me into a loop with "Justin". I expect to get charged for the night but it is unacceptable that I couldn't let the motel know I would not be there. Expedia's web site required my password even though I had the itinerary #. Very poor!"

"Sadly, this very nice Inn is flawed by the lack of ANY Wi-Fi and the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom. Long hairs covering the floor and in the bath. The staff could have been more accommodating when advised there was no internet at all. The Wi-Fi password is nicereviewplz…….unable to do this as there was no Wi-Fi. Great breakfast."

"The place seemed so sketchy. A lot of random people standing outside just staring. I felt very unsafe. People smoking Marijuana, the doors wouldnt lock properly, the water would not get hot, there was a gap on the threshold of the door opening. I would not stay again."
