"I stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling to Myrtle Beach. Within a few days, I developed multiple clusters of bites on my arms and ear. The reaction became severe enough that I had to visit a doctor, who felt the bites were consistent with bed bug bites. What should have been a relaxing family vacation has instead involved medication, discomfort, and constant worry about whether I may have brought something home with me. I hope management takes this seriously and thoroughly inspects the room. I would encourage future guests to carefully check their room and bedding upon arrival."

"I enjoyed this hotel so much that I booked it again on my way home from the beach. That’s basically all you need now. I’m an extremely picky person when it comes to anywhere that I stay to be honest and this one was one of the best hotels I ever stayed at. It has everything that you need and the things that it has are nice the bathroom full bottle, shampoo, conditioner, hand soaps, and they’re good all the amenities there might not be an extreme amount of them. You don’t have the biggest gym, but you have any efficient gym You have just the right amount of equipment to do exactly what you need. The people were great little Homie details that made things perfect and unusually efficient. I love the fact that there were dogs walking with their owners and you got to see them. I loved Everything about it."

"Beautiful historic hotel with many unique features including a skeleton key. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The breakfast provided was an added bonus and there are quite a few options available. Some common amenities were not available like coffee in the room; however, it is available in the lobby 24/7. The hotel has a zero tolerance for noise which I greatly appreciated. It was very quiet and I experienced no disruption from anyone either staff or guests. The housekeeping service was the best I have ever experienced. My stay was for a week and each day the service was customized for my particular needs, leaving fresh towels, soap, etc. I felt very comfortable here and would definitely visit again!"
