"I had a twin room which was spacious and clean with a large sized TV. Minor downsides were not all the USB sockets worked, the air-conditioning was on the noisy side but didn't stop me sleeping and some stains on the carpet and a chair make it look dirty but it was in fact very clean."

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel is perfectly located for exploring central Manchester and only a stones throw from Victoria Station. Unfortunately the in room tea and coffee wasn't replenished."

"The check in process was very smooth and the staff were polite and helpful, the room was a good size and very clean. The kitchen area was fabulus altough i was only spending one night so didnt really use it. The q park next door was very convenient and only a short walk from the Hotel."

"The staff were all polite,friendly and helpful.Rooms were clean and tidy.Good location for Manchester especially being in the Northern Quater easy walking even to train station.Only thing really were the corridors were bland.Breakfast was excellent plenty of choice.We stayed in a standard king room,bit noisy as on 2ed floor near to traffic.Higher rooms might be quieter"

"No hot water in the bathroom taps during my stay. Managed to have shower 2nd morning, but completely cold water last morning. Had to do a strip wash in cold water. Very poor experience I reported it, and was offered a shower elsewhere, but i needed to get to work."
