"Everything about the stay was first-class. The pre-arranged shuttle met us as the airport as scheduled. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating; all of our needs were met throughout. Room was immaculate upon our arrival. Outstanding property, highly recommended!"

"Vibrant hotel in a good location. Room was clean and quiet and the beds are very comfortable. The taps for hot water were fiddly to use and often quite frustrating- concept is better than the practicality- just keep a kettle for guests!! Breakfast is good though you do have to wait endlessly for coffee as someone else noted in the reviews. "

"I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were fantastic — both at check‑in and in the restaurant. I was even able to check in a little earlier with absolutely no hassle, which was a great start to the visit. The lobby looked beautiful and smelt amazing too, giving a really welcoming first impression. I’d happily stay again. The only small things I’d mention are around attention to detail with cleaning. I ended up wiping down the TV remote as it didn’t look very clean, and some of the sealant around the shower could do with being replaced. It also would have been nice to have full‑sized mugs in the room rather than just espresso cups and paper cups. Overall though, a great stay with lovely staff — just a few minor tweaks would make it perfect."

"Good, safe location by the terminal and metro. Easy walk to all the major spots in Rome. Good restaurants in the area. Can be loud at night due to the location. Hotel has exterior blinds that close to minimize sound. Would stay again. "
