The hotel feels like it was far grander in previous times - upkeep not maintained. Not providing basic amenities (1 soap dispenser and no shampoo, soap, lotion etc), is pretty poor these days. Breakfast smelled great but chose to each at local cafes. Didn’t realise the spa wasn’t free for guests"

"This is a true find in the center of Turin. I had the pleasure of staying here for a week, even though I was injured and they took such good care of me here. It’s quite peaceful somebody’s always playing piano in the Piazza every day and it’s just a lovely setting and a very clean and wonderful place to stay. There are many restaurants around and cafés and museums."

"I had a frustrating experience regarding our room key. The key worked perfectly the first time I entered. However, later that night when returning from dinner, it simply would not turn in the lock. We tried a couple of times without forcing it and called management. Thankfully, a staff member let us in with a spare. The real issue arose at checkout. "This is a small apartment about 15 minute walk from the Porta Nuova train station and the very elegant city centre parade. Maria is very friendly and helpful. Spotless clean and well equipped. Very central for touring the city. The room had little natural sunlight. No couch or arm chair but otherwise very comfortable."

"Parking is expensive at 50 Euros but it is Valet parking and you are in the centre of Turin. There is other parking around but it is very limited and first in. The parking around the hotel is not secure. Everything else is exceptional. Highly recommend this Hotel if you are Turin"
