Greta, was especially friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast area beautiful with excellent variety of foods for all. We were disappointed it mention it had a pool but it was only jacuzzi in the spa area. Probably something that should be corrected on Expedia etc. All in all a 5 star stay and would highly recommend."

"This is a true find in the center of Turin. I had the pleasure of staying here for a week, even though I was injured and they took such good care of me here. It’s quite peaceful somebody’s always playing piano in the Piazza every day and it’s just a lovely setting and a very clean and wonderful place to stay. There are many restaurants around and cafés and museums."

Hotel was happy to store our bicycles on site which was great. Only quibble, and it’s a small detail, but of all the hotels we have stayed at in Italy (at every level), this was the ONLY one that did not provide bottled water for its guests beyond the first day of their stay. "Friendly and helpful staff made my stay enjoyable from start to finish. The room was very clean, including the bathroom and toilet, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well throughout my stay, which was especially appreciated with outdoor temperatures around 30°C. There were, however, a couple of areas where the experience could be improved. Given the hot weather, providing complimentary bottled water would be a thoughtful gesture for guests.
