"So what started off with the rudest front desk clerk I’ve seen in 30+ years of renting hotel rooms. If the reservation was refundable we would have left and found another place.
I’m glad we didn’t, the hotel was great, the rest of the staff we saw later was extremely friendly, the showers were amazing and the lobby was great.
Only negative part was the woman working the front desk when we checked in."

"The lobby looked decent and was clean. The room was horribly outdated, moldy and falling apart. Beard clippings on the bathroom sink. Candy, rocks, & dog food on the floor around the room. The pool was extremely cold and slimy.
Very loud area right next to the rail depot.
A lot of vagrant foot traffic in the area.
11 out of 10 I would never recommend this place to anyone.
We checked out early."

"We were swimming in the pool, then a group of 18 local people were let in by a staff member. They were dressed in street clothes, brought towels from home, and since the group was so large we were pushed out of the pool. Very disheartening for paying $500+ for the weekend and unable to utilize the pool because a staff member let their family and friends in. They also do not provide daily housekeeping (clean towels, beds made, etc) during a 3 day stay. There are also a TON of homeless people...
