"Have stayed at this place over the years. They keep trying to make it better and better which they do and the staff is always very helpful. I don't know if it was just a bad day in the kitchen yesterday for dinner but the food was just okay and extremely salty however, overall our stay was very enjoyable and the staff does everything they can do to make you feel welcomed and comfortable"

"Beautiful property on the beach with comfortable beds. Difficult to reach anyone at reception (multiple phone calls unanswered, email not answered, and often nobody at the desk - only to have the “Chief Engineer” show up on two different occasions and be rude). When I did finally meet the front desk, she was lovely and helpful."

"It’s cheap and decently clean. Airport shuttle only took about 15 min even though the front desk said 45. She did not understand English on the phone very well though and got frustrated and hung up on my husband. Bed was comfy, breakfast looked like mostly white bread and yogurt so we skipped it. "Front desk service is extremely slow and they aren’t very friendly. All of the treadmills were not working nor could the maintenance man fix them.
They charge guests for parking. The breakfast is average at best. Very disappointing.
