"Lovely little hotel, few issues with my hotel.com booking and the reception tried to make me pay again as they haven’t heard of Hotels.com but after a 20 min discussion and a call to hotel.com (who eventually sent an email to confirm) it was all ok. Made me late for a really important meeting so was quite stressful however the man on reception gave me a coffee for my trouble. "
