No shopping options, but I wasn’t there to shop. The hotel is extremely well kept. Staff are well trained. Breakfast was great Honduran traditional. Nobody is going to count calories

The bed was super comfortable. ARoom service was not available after 10pm. I would have liked to know this beforehand so I could plan accordingly. The shower pressure was weak.

It takes away from the bad image that Tegucigalpa has. This hotel is a must in the city. Clean and organized. The view from the balcony is so beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to have fun and explore.

PERFECT STAY

What an experience!!! we stayed at this Hotel for three (3) days Beds was comfortable, breakfast was delicious and fresh. The Front Desk, Maintenance and Housekeeping Staff was Hospitable always ready to assist. I am definitely looking forward for my next stay at this prestigious Hotel. thanks Guys and KUDOOOS!!!

This hotel has technical problems with the elevators, Hugo at front desk is rude and petulant. He gave us a key to a room ocuppied by 2 other guests and we walked in on these people’s room. Shocking experience for us all! When we went down stairs to complain he acted so rude and started typing on his keyboard very nonchalantly like he didn’t care and it wasn’t a major security and privacy problem. We talked to the person in charge who was nice but honestly… rude front desk, security issues, bad elevators, old and outdated decoration, good breakfast thou… but don’t think we’ll be going back.
