Great stay. Staff very friendly and very tasty breakfast. We ate in the restaurant one evening and found a good choice of food reasonably priced. Our room was very comfy. Would recommend as great value for money.

The property is in a very good location, a very short walk to both the beach and the back beach in a quiet street. Everything in the property is of a high standard. We had a lovely stay and would definitely rebook if in the area again.

You can see that it's re investing in itself, which was nice to see. Clean and tidy. Catered for the dogs, easy transport to other places, eg Exeter, Dawlish and other places.

Good base to visit torquay and Dartmouth.. Took the train and ferry. People are very friendly in this area to the tourist..
