"Saw good reviews about the hotelvand was not disappointed. I arrived very late, the front desk lady was very welcom8ng and nice. Rooms are big, mattress was comfortable, I liked that I could open a window so the fresh air can get inside. AC was not loud. Breakfast was basic: eggs, sausages, fruits, bread but everything was hot and good quality. Even had salsa. Breakfast was busy but everything was constantly replenished. "The afternoon (check-in) desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The room was reasonably clean but ... zero amenities--no coffee pot, no hair dryer, no ... nothing you would expect even in a low-budget place. The place was listed as offering breakfast, but it does not. It has coffee and grab and go pastry. That's it. I asked for a room right off the parking lot (they do have them) because of having a lot of heavy things to bring in, and they gave me a room on the second floor in the back...

"Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that."

"I always need this property and I love it! It is close to primary Children’s Hospital, it is clean, and the customer service is amazing. Of positive note it is going through a renovation, but even pre-renovation it was a nice property. If you are staying at the hospital, be sure to let the staff know that way they don’t charge you for parking."
