"I stayed at this hotel for 7 days after more than 24 hours of traveling, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the very beginning. We had booked two rooms and had contacted the hotel in advance to ensure everything would be ready upon arrival. Despite this, neither room was ready when we got there. "Resturant is really bad. No options to eat and very bad behaviour by the people at the restaurant. The hotel is really good. The only shortcoming is their restaurant which they should really try improving if they want to do better."

"Beautiful property, spacious rooms, gorgeous pool with a waterfall. The food and drinks were really good and the staff friendly and welcoming. The only thing I didn't like was the lounge and cabana furniture was stained and looked dirty. I thought it brought down the otherwise very luxurious feel of the hotel. "
