Even when we made a mistake and had incorrectly booked our stay, they scrambled to help us get another room, even helping to move our bags. "Very welcoming from the outset. The hotel is located inside the walls of the old town and you cannot drive up to the door of hotel. Parking is available outside of the old town walls. The hotel contacted me to ask when i was arriving and scheduled staff to meet me at my car in a golf cart for a short ride to the hotel with our luggage. "The room was very smaller than I anticipated, so double check the size with their website. The junior room is cramped for 2 people. If you get the bigger room it’s fine. Also, I would recommend the hotel to improve the entry door security (closing properly every time and secure passcode).
