"The classes at Activate were great. The children’s playroom was immaculate and beautifully designed. Our apartment and balcony with jacuzzi was incredible. The jacuzzi was definitely worth getting!!"

"We have been to number of all inclusive hotels and this was the best one we have experienced. The food was excellent (all inclusive) and although the hotel was a little dated it was spotlessly clean. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. We weren’t there with smaller children, but there were fun activities laid in for them in one area of the pool. We were only there 5 days so didnt really do any exertions but there seemed a lot on offer - definitely enough to occupy you for 2 weeks....

"My second stay at this hotel in as many years. Food is varied and fresh, staff are pleasant, the junior suite is perfect for familes with the separate sleeping and storage areas. Lovely welcome bottle of fiz was well received. Housekeeping do a great job keeping everything spotless. Mini club was better last year but the team are friendly and welcoming. Lots of sunbeds. Separate kids pool area and zip line were great. Evening entertainment was poor in comparison to the nearby H10. Randomly the...

"Stayed last year at the ritz Carlton and decided again this year. Staff are amongst the best very helpful and welcoming. The only disappointment was we weren’t able to play the golf course as it was undergoing a major greens over haul. However this didn’t stop us staying again instead we played elsewhere. "
