"Había pedido habitación para 3 personas pero me dijeron que no tenían. Tuve que reservar otra adicional y pagándola, pero la original si contaba con sofá cama para la tercera persona. Así que fue un gasto extra innecesario. Pero lo peor es que la habitación individual la cama estaba muy mala y no tenía aire acondicionado el cual nunca comentaron. Pasé pésima la noche. Hice el comentario al día siguiente pero de nada sirvió. Para colmo, el desayuno, el huevo tenia pequeños pedazos de plato...

Zimmer extrem Heiss Frühstück nicht besonders... nicht aufgeräumt überall Essensreste (von den anderen Hotelgästen) wurde nicht sauber gehalten. Geschirr (vor allem die Tassen) teilweise eklig Für den Zimmer- Preis definitif zu wenig Für eine Nacht ok .. 1 Woche Nein"

"The location of this hotel is everything! The hotel itself is average for Europe. Nothing crazy. But you are only a one minute walk from the beautiful square and all the different places to check out, including shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel. Make sure you get one of the upper rooms with a view of the lake."

"The room and bathroom were amazingly clean. The view of the mountains and lake were breathtaking. What a nice hidden gem. What would make this property even more perfect is if there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room and laundering facilities inclusive of an iron and ironing board. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again. It would be nice if the larger rooms (party of 3-4) were lake facing too. The lake view rooms were limited to double and single occupancy."
