"Very friendly and helpful staff . Amazing view of bay . This side of the island seems to be very quiet and peaceful and the perfect place to kayak around , the resort does have a bar and restaurant but you really do need to rent a motor bike to explore this amazing island "
"This property is a couples paradise if your looking for a quiet vacation. Staff is exceptional and every bungalow is positioned for privacy.
Great place for rest and relaxation and if you never want to leave the resort, you wont need to.
My girl friend and i rented a scooter(moped) from Shantaa and explored the whole island. We only used 1 tank of gas the entire time."
"Because was low season they closed the restaurant early, so you had to find other places to eat, which weren't many. But as we seemed to get ill after eating in the restaurant the 1st day wss probably just as well.
Room was nice and bed good, there seemed to be a slight problem with the electrics, as ours worked even when the key wasn't in the slot to open the electrics. 😁

"Hanung, his staff, Fern, the owners and everyone was hospitable. Very friendly and made you feel like you're at home. The bungalows were very clean and the view to the ocean was amazing. I would recommend for anyone that wants a private setting or even family friendly setting this is the place. They can help you with motor bike rentals to finding you a nice relaxing massage on the beach. We went about 12 minutes on motor bike to a nice cozy restaurant called mangrove where the food was delicious...

C'était une expérience très réussie de dormir dans des tentes Super bien équipées (très bonne litterie, climatisation...). "I saw this place on a you tube video and decided I wanted to book it for my trip to Koh Kut. Loved this for many reasons. Room looked right over a bay that went out to the sea. Breakfast had options. We chose fresh fruit. Got that and some toast each morning. Coffee was available with a machine to make your own if you want. This was right by Peter Pan Resort. We would walk out there and lay on the beach (no access to chairs) and swim. Sandy bottom and very shallow. You can get free use of kayaks here. We ate at Peter Pan for lunch or just got a drink there. Fire show here also every other night. Free! The woman who ran the White Bird was always helpful…renting a motorbike, making sure we got picked up for the ferry, adjusting our breakfast foods. Not lots of rooms here, so quieter. Easy to walk to shops, massage, or our favorite restaurant…Mermaid (get the fried snapper…one of my favorite meals of this trip!). Happy with this place and would recommend!"
