"Room had 4 queen beds, massage chair, microwave private toilet, private shower with private spa bath, large bathroom and bedrock bed room a special stone room for a spa experience in our room. Hotel had so many free amenties, activities like floors with pool tables, dart boards (though new darts need to be supplied as current ones are bent). Free karaoke rooms, free air hockey, free basket ball game, free table tennis, free laundry room and facilities, free amenities to try such as high end hair products, bath salts, body scrubs. On each floor of activities free drinks including beer, whiskey, sake ect. Free curry and ramen and skewers and fairy floss and snacks during different times of tge day. Lovely buffet breakfast. Great service by all staff, helped us explore options to try and retrive a phone we left in korea. We had 2 adults and a teenager but if you have young children there are so many kid friendly activity avaiable and even their own young child buffet breakfast station. Highly recommend for families. Location 2 min walk, very close to tennoji station and 10 min walk to large shopping malls and departments. 15 mins in train to den den town to look at anime models and the 1 stop on to dontonbori. "Always a great experience. The staff was knowledgeable, patient and kind. The room was quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location is also excellent. It has a great view of ten-shiba and is a 5 minute walk from Tennoji Station. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely kind and helpful during our stay, especially when we needed support to retrieve a lost item. We appreciated the extra activities of calligraphy and meditation. Highly recommended!!!"
