Comfortable, clean and very roomy and spacious well thought out room with great amenities! Staff helpful and kind. Convenient 10 minute walk to 2 different major train stations and close to Namba Parks and huge shopping underground. Highly recommend and will stay again if we return!

Great property with huge rooms and is conveniently located. I was concerned when I read a review that others did not feel safe, speaking for myself I did not feel this way. The property is in a busier area the an other parts of Osaka but this also means everything you need such as transport, restaurants & shopping are close by. The property itself has a gym, laundry & residence lounge and is kept impeccably clean. The only area of improvement I could suggest is the buffet breakfast, the hot food seemed like it had been sitting too long and was quite cold even when we arrived at opening time at 6.30am other than that there was an adequate selection that was kept well stocked.

Enjoyed my stay here. It was convenient, stores nearby and close walk to the Namba station, 10 minute walk. Many facilities to use, laundromat, kitchen and water/ ice machine. Would recommend, definitely coming back!

Reception were very helpful and kind when we had to access support from the police. The hotel is very corporate in style but great for people wanting large rooms and facilities to cook own meals.

This hotel is walking distance to Dotonbori. There is also a community food hall beside it. The room we stayed in was beautiful, with colourful throw pillows.
