"Lovely rooms with a swim up pool, perfect for privacy peace and tranquility! Great breakfast each morning and views were just breathtaking! Staff friendly and all went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay! Room cleaned twice a day and the place was modern x ideal get away for a couple or someone just wanting some peace and quiet. Local shop and bars about 5-10mins away in taxi, a little too far to walk!"

"We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel from 27th September - 3rd October B&B and had the best time. Check in was quick and the staff were friendly and very informative. We booked a classic room with resort view and we were surprised that we had been given a classic room with sea view. We were on the 14th floor which was great to take in the sea views. I had left a note prior to arrival that it was a trip for my wife's birthday and there was a card and cookies in the room for her! Nice touch. The room was huge, very clean and modern, balcony fairly small but perfect for two people and had a table and two chairs. The hotel and grounds are on a huge scale, everywhere was clean, tidy and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was excellent, so much choice and constantly being replaced. Choice to sit inside or outside each day and all the staff worked hard. Prosecco/Mimosas were on hand for breakfast which was a nice treat. We used all of the pools which were never too crowded and there was always plenty of sun-beds even later on in the day. We liked the day beds with the hoods which were always available at the pool just off the main reception/restaurant area. The music around the pool and in the hotel was great, you even had a playlist in the lift We enjoyed some drinks/cocktails around the pool, and would like to mention Conrad who was a friendly waiter who always spoke to us and worked so hard. We are looking forward to returning next year"

"I’ve stayed at this amazing hotel many times over the years and, for me, it’s an absolute must stay when visiting Tenerife. Best of the Best! Great food, exceptional service, a beautiful setting, numerous swimming pools and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine, it really is a fantastic hotel. I would highly recommend experiencing the Casas Ducales wing, where the service is friendly and personal. A special thank you to Eli, Patrick and Daniel, who all went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Thank you, Jason"

"Excellent hotel , great staff. Only stayed b&b but couldn't fault it. Only slight negative was the pool was getting refurbished the week after our stay. So there was lots of black stains but once the pool is back in use it will be superb again. Pool and bar drinks were reasonable Pint 6 euro wine 6 euro soft drinks 4 euro Got an ocean view room which didnt disappoint Would recommend this hotel"

"Canadian here. My wife (American) and I went to this resort on the last leg of our honeymoon for 5 nights in a Deluxe Room with a hot tub and ocean view. Despite the poor first impression, we had an excellent time! Facts: -The food was consistently outstanding at the buffet. They had a different meal theme each night we were there. -Next to the resort is a free natural swimming pool that is iconic in beauty and fun. The pool is shallow enough to walk in & be warm, and the ocean waves crash into & over the pool making for magical pictures. It's about 5 min from the resort (you can see it from the resort). It's NOT something for people who cannot walk well. This was our favorite part! (Piscina Natural Acantilado de Los Gigantes on Google) -About a 20 min walk south is Playa de la Arena. A black sand beach that is also beautiful. -The pier is a 20 min walk north, where you can rent jet skis (recommended but extra €) at Los Gigantes Blue or catch a boat tour. -All around the resort are good restaurants, and there is a corner store next to the resort too! -3 pools; all are very nice. -Spa seemed meh, but cheapish. -Tennis costs €5 for 1 hr with a €20 cash deposit. -Extra towels are €2. -The on-resort night performances were mid during our stay, and the activities were lackluster. Enjoyable, but not exceptional. -As a Canadian / American, getting here can be difficult; mostly the other guests were Europeans. -People all understood English, or found someone who did."

Tivoli la Caleta Resort

"The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the shower and bath had good pressure and temperature. The location of the hotel was perfect, away from the high-traffic tourist areas but still only a few minutes away from local beaches, shops and restaurants. Our favorite part was having drinks and relaxing by the pool. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast buffet had a good variety to chose from. Made to order egg omelets, fried eggs, crepes and waffles, plenty of fruits, juices, pastries, etc. as you would expect in a 5 star hotel. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would come back without hesitation. Now the minor things which I would improve: Toilet paper is the thinnest kind - I would expect something a bit more premium. The strawberries in cocktails and topping for crepes are frozen, I would expect fresh strawberries. The tv in our room didn’t have streaming apps and chromecast didn’t work / password wasn’t in the room. The elevators were dated, especially the one to the parking garage, it would open doors multiple times and drop a bit when a person would get in. The live music was great but ran a bit late for my liking, (until 11pm) ."

"This was our 2nd visit to the hotel with our 3 year old. Clean room on arrival and room was cleaned every day new clean towels when requested, we took a spare absorbent sheet to put on our toddlers bed that was washed without being asked which was so kind, all staff very friendly, bar staff always happy to help, pool very clean and plenty of sun loungers all day so no need to go to the pool early in the morning to try and reserve sun beds. Lovely selection of food catering for all needs and dietary requirements. Arcades are great for kids and pool tables for adults. Photos can be taken by staff by pool and around the hotel but perhaps expect these to be done a little more professionally for the price. Minimum is €15 per photo with a minimum purchase of 5 if you also want these digitally. Pool towels are supplied with a deposit paid which is refunded at the end of your stay. Great selection of activities to choose from although we were a little disappointed that the soft play is no longer at this hotel. Evening entertainment is great although worrying that the disco and inside entertainment is over the safe decibel limit for children so this will need to be improved for us to return. Great experience"
