Só Constrangimentos....

Estive com minha família nesse hotel, total de 5 pessoas. A hospedagem deixou a desejar do Chek-in ao chek-out. Descaso com o hóspede nas orientações mínimas sobre localização dos quartos etc.., parecia que eles estavam prestando um favor e não um serviço. Atitude grosseira de fazer o hóspede retornar ao apto para buscar os controles de tv e ar condicionado, sem informálo que o mesmo deveria ser entregue na recepção.Tudo isso desprestígia o hotel é o eleva a categoria de não indicados.
