"The staff at Bannisters always go above & beyond whenever we stay. Most recently a friend and I booked accommodation for our wives to stay for an early Mothers day present. I informed admin staff via email and a wonderful lady at reception by the name of Jessica upgraded rooms for our wives & also left them a complementary bag of chocolates made by a local confectionery business. "Staff very friendly upon arrival and room was nice and clean. Shops were within walking distance and take away food was just over the road. Have stayed before and would stay again."

"I arrived after the office closed so did not meet any staff but they sent me clear instructions for self check in. Only complaint was they only left a small amount of toilet paper in the bathroom and no additional rolls."

"Room was rather pokey and the entry system rather tricky. Once we found a staff member at the sister motel some distance away all went smoothly. Vanity basin is in the bedroom, no toaster and no table."

"Bed was the worst we have ever slept in , and when I say slept , I meant tossed and turned, had to get up in the middle of the night and have a shower cause my back was so sore from laying on the rock hard mattress . Absolutely horrible"
