Pool is great but jacuzzi was out of order and every time we collected a pool key card it didn't work and we had to traipse back to reception. Breakfast options are good, but things ran out and were slow to be replenished, only one coffee machine was working so a big queue, and our table wasn't cleared in the whole time we sat there.
