"We had a lovely room which had a roll top bath in a very big bathroom
Staff were friendly and the pub was relaxing.
Breakfast was good to set you up for the day
It was in a remote area so in the evening there wasn ’t anywhere to walk to and other pubs were of driving distance not walkable.."

"The location in Morton-in-marsh was excellent. Our room was small but adequate for 2 nights. We ate in the pub and the food was good, although it's a shame they don't provide breakfast. The pub was very quiet and closed at 9.30pm so there was a lack of atmosphere. But it was fine as a base for a couple of days."

"This was a nice stay during a heatwave. So was warm in the room but that was expected. Room was spacious and well furnished. En-suite was large as well.
Very well situated for exploring the town. We used the free long-term car park which also has some picnic tables and is right beside the old rail shed which is a tourist attraction in itself. The hotel bar was nice as well!!"

"Stayed a few times now.
Rooms are getting a bit tired however they are immaculately clean.
The shower pressure leaves a bit to be desired.
However the staff are soo helpful and friendly and always seem cheery! The beer garden in the hot weather is a big plus plus it has a children's play area.
I do enjoy my stays here and the food is good too.
Good value for money"

"Good place to stay, when visiting Tewkesbury and the surrounding area. Very near the Abbey and town centre. Good free parking. Good range of drinks. Staff are all very helpful and attentive. Breakfasts very good. Freshly cooked for you."
