"Bathrooms were clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were hooks to hang the wet towels and plenty of space to place all my bags without having to put them on the floor. Felt safe with the gated parking and front doors lock after hours with key access only. Nothing was broken in the room and the beds were extremely comfortable with firm and soft pillow options. Breakfast was good with a lot of options and the flavor of the coffee hit the spot. I will be staying here...

"On line was a bar but on property no bar. Swimming pool was not in use. Air was not working in lobby. In my room sink was not draining but mainteance did fix it. Nets were in room and bathroom picture glass broken."

"We stayed twice in a week, the first time was good, we had the room we reserved and took the shuttle to the airport. When we left, I told the desk that when we returned it would be after midnight and they made a note of it. The day of our second stay, I called in the middle of the day to check my reservation and remind them that I was going to be very late. When we checked in, we were given a room with two small beds instead of the king that we reserved. The woman that worked the desk was rude...

"Good location. Loved the spacious room with complete kitchenette. The hotel was outdated, which is not a problem on itself, but some furniture was dirty and worn. Breakfast was good."

"Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. There were ants in the bathroom, throughout the sleeping area, and even a few on the bed. I reported the issue to the front desk and was told that maintenance would come address it, but no one ever showed up. Additionally, the air conditioning was not working properly in either the hallway or the room, making the stay uncomfortable. The hot tub was also out of order for my entire stay, which was one of the amenities I was looking forward to using. To...

"Arrived, proceeded to check in and was informed that the room I had booked and paid for was under renovation. After some back and forth clerk was able to get the room I booked. I then asked about the pet policy since the ad claimed pet friendly. Was informed that they would waive the 75 dollar pet fee due to the mishandling of the booking. Checked out the next day and was charged the pet fee. I would not recommend this hotel for the amount of 180 bucks I could have stayed at a Drury downtown...

"FLEE BAG HOTEL. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. WAS IN TOWN FOR THE HIGH SCHOOL STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS GAMES AND ALL OTHER HOTELS WERE SOLD OUT.."

"The hotel was minutes away from the airport, which was very convenient for us. Many restaurants and stores nearby. The property was clean, and the staff were all nice. Plenty of free parking space. We will definitely be staying here again whenever we come back to San Antonio."
