"Arrived, proceeded to check in and was informed that the room I had booked and paid for was under renovation. After some back and forth clerk was able to get the room I booked. I then asked about the pet policy since the ad claimed pet friendly. Was informed that they would waive the 75 dollar pet fee due to the mishandling of the booking. Checked out the next day and was charged the pet fee. I would not recommend this hotel for the amount of 180 bucks I could have stayed at a Drury downtown...

"Great location and quiet"

"Keep driving pass this hotel, once I arrived no staff in office at 6:00pm they left a posted note to call a number. So many guests asking if my vehicle had been broken into on the first night that was very reassuring that my belongings were safe. Other guests complained about roaches and appliances not working. Bed sheets and covers were covered in dog hair this place is a nightmare. Worse hotel experience. And I definitely wasn't gunna trust a place like this to serve breakfast i would want to...

"Bathrooms were clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were hooks to hang the wet towels and plenty of space to place all my bags without having to put them on the floor. Felt safe with the gated parking and front doors lock after hours with key access only. Nothing was broken in the room and the beds were extremely comfortable with firm and soft pillow options. Breakfast was good with a lot of options and the flavor of the coffee hit the spot. I will be staying here...

"Room keys consistently did not work and had to keep going downstairs to fix it. Body wash and shampoo containers inside shower were empty upon arrival and were never refilled."

This was our first time staying here, and unless something changes in the future, this will be our new yearly spot! It was clean, peaceful, had beautiful scenery, and best of all—FREE parking.
