This place was fantastic, such a thoughtful and hospitable staff, always very prompt and helpful from the front desk to housekeeping to the service staff in the restaurant a cafe. "Hotel El Ejecutivo is a very basic, dated property that is starting to show its age. The biggest issue is the lack of soundproofing; the walls are paper-thin, and I could hear almost every conversation and movement from other guests on my floor. The staff also seemed quite indifferent and weren't particularly welcoming. A strange but notable downside: the shower pressure was so intense it was actually painful. The only real reason to stay here is the location—only book this if you absolutely need to be near Reforma and are looking for the lowest possible price. "
