"Once I arrived, everything was great. My only complaint is that I received no answer when I called for the shuttle service; I know it was after midnight, but service is offered 24/7. I arrived by Uber."

"Friendly, kind, and helpful staff. Good sense of humor and very attentive. Breakfast was delicious. Twice the wait staff was a bit slow, however, very kind, apologetic and quick once their attention was called. The whole place was very clean. The Catedral room was amazing!"
