"This place is GORGEOUS!!! Really enjoyed the breakfast area and lounging area! Only reason for 4 stars is the bed wasn’t that comfortable. Other than that highly recommend 🙌"

"Highlights: - Perfect for family with little/young kids as this seems to be the only hotel in Polanco area that is resort-like. All other hotels are high rises - Outdoor heated pool was the best. Again, most likely this is the only hotel in this area with an outdoor pool - Rooms were large for a city center hotel - Buffet and other onsite restaurants were great - Staff was fantastic - A bit of history in an otherwise commercial part of Mexico City. Feels like you are in Mexico City rather than New York City - Walkable to several restaurants and shopping"

"Best hotel, best room, reception staff very friendly and super helpful, super easy to get in at night when the doors are locked and staying in the premium room with at 270 view of the city is phenomenal! Coming here again!"

"Stayed with the whole family (4), everything was great, room was clean and the staff was outstanding, amenities were nice. Free shuttle was fantastic and we used it 2 times to go back to the airport and exchange cash. Will stay there again in the future."

"The room had the shower and bathroom separate so I’m glad it was my daughters and myself traveling because you literally get out of the shower and are in the same room. We did hear lots of noise from the neighbors in the next room. Conversations & babies crying which I thought the rooms were sound proof, but I think it was the most unpleasant part and also no fridge in the room. It was good for a quick overnight stay though"

"Staff was friendly, helpful and patient with my minimal Spanish. Room was clean and comfortable. We all enjoyed the breakfast and happy hour provided by the hotel. Great spot!"
