"Exceptional and personalised service at a small boutique hotel with only 10 rooms. The large private villa across from The Kitchen is the one to book rather than the oceanfront villas, although the shower and spa tub could use some maintenance. Quiet and relaxing, with a good sized stretch of beach to walk along and swim from. The entire staff go out of their way to meet all your needs and wants; they are attentive and friendly. "We had a large room which was very comfortable. Good AC units, large bed, fridge, and a small counter with toaster and microwave. The TV only had Thai channels, but we were able to stream using the Wi-Fi. The electricity was a little spotty, had power cuts in the village a few times on our first evening. The room was also equipped with cutlery and plates etc. The bathroom was a little tight, but fuctional, the only problem was the sliding door that kept getting stuck. But it was quiet...

"Friendly staff and all round cleanliness of the facilities was very good. The location was excellent. It was disappointing that there was the usual reserving of sun beds by customers who didn’t use them for long periods of the day."
