"My only complaint was that the restaurant was very average. Otherwise I was happy with our stay."

"Excellent service and very peaceful location, even though slightly steep last few 100 yards for the car. Nice view from the room and property in general. Staff and cook are very very polite. Rooms were clean and organized. Bathrooms were also clean, although slightly wet after they clean (hosts can perhaps look into this and ensure bathrooms are wiped after cleaning). This was only reason for for a 4-star rating on “rooms” (instead of 5-star rating)."

"The hotel was right at market and right beside the botanical garden. Absolutely loved the stay!"

"Perfect retreat in the Nilgiris. Beautiful and comfortable rooms and excellent food at the restaurant! Be sure to include the buffet breakfast in your package"

"Lovely property. Great service "

"We had an incredible stay at this property! The mountain views right from our room were breathtaking, and the entire staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. We loved the experience so much that we decided to extend our stay!"

I would rate my stay 2 out of 5 stars. Room service was extremely slow. I had to call multiple times for assistance and faced this issue on more than five occasions. Such delays are unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The checkout experience was equally frustrating. I waited for around 40 minutes for someone to collect our...
