We love the place we love the hotel every time we come.It seems like there's some kind of a convention and we come for a anniversary trip to get access to the pool and hot tub.And it's already packed with children or teenagers."

"This was such a beautiful and well kept hotel. The amenities are great the only thing is I wish there was more INSIDE seating at the pool or an area for people to sit their belongings. "The hotel is ideally situated for shopping. The lobby is nice. We had paid for a corner room, an upgrade from the basic. The first room had no heat or hot water. After our second call and a trip to the front desk, our room was changed. In this room, if the hot water was allowed to run for 10 minutes, you could get a warm shower. If you turned the water off you had to restart the process. We left the room at 8:00 one morning and returned at 5:00. The room had still not been cleaned. After...

"The hotel and rooms were clean and nice. The staff is friendly and attentive. I did not give 5 stars because the bathroom needs to have brighter lighting. There is one 12" LED light above the sink that is very dim. I couldn't imagine someone trying to put on makeup because it was so dark. And the water pressure in the shower was too low. It needs to be adjusted."

The bathroom shower curtain was not usable and it was tangled around the curtain rings, which were also loose and some broken. For a luxury rating, it didn’t feel luxurious at all"
