"Did not get room i paid for which was booked through Expedia. The photos of the room booked were not the room which we where allocated. I went to reception to say we had wrong room, only to be told that we had to take that up with Expedia she said we were down as a double room and that the balcony rooms were classed as superior. I showed her my booking and said Expedia class it as a standard feature and showed her the photos that went with the booking, only for her to say that they were not...
