"Arrived early and we were allowed to check in. Went to our room and it was huge. Only downside we had mobility issues and bath was really high but they let us use another room to shower and air con was broke so it was boiling.it had 2 fans and still hot which spoilt it a bit. Location was fab "

"The Richmond used to be a great property but feels neglected of late. Room given initially was so smelly, asked the manager and to his credit changed the room to something more pleasant. Overall, the cleanliness is not great, lots of visible damage to the hotel, but only stayed for one night so made do. Have stayed before an the hotel does have a nice wing which is newer but rest of it was poor and it's the second time I've needed a room change. "
