"This place was dreadful. The photos do not reflect the room. My husband sat on the bed and it collapsed onto the floor. He weighs 140 pounds so not a big bloke. On top of that there were no towels provided even though they are in the pictures. It was a hot day and we couldn't take a shower before going out. Do not stay here."

"room was double booked but they gave us another room, took about 20 mins. We were locked out when we came back later/ no front door key. This took about 15 mins. Run on a shoe string but very cheap. You pay your money and this is what you get. Staff very friendly and nice but the systems dont work at all there, need better organisation and a front door key. Also rooms need a spruce up!"

"Not what it seems. Had a room with a small kitchen , dirty bowls and plates left in oven which had been there for some time going by the smell. Had a "private bathroom" which was shared by the room next door. Had one night here and bailed out. Had booked to come back three weeks later but soon cancelled that."

When we arrived, there were 2 sets of stairs, ONE single bed and no shower! We called the property and no one responded. We had to find another last minute hotel at higher price and multiple transportation costs as a result. We would not take our shows off here, let alone sleep here! "I didn’t end up staying at the property once I saw the bedroom. It was not up to par for my standard. I ended up checking into a Holiday Inn. For those planning to book I wouldn’t recommend it. "

"Everything was very clean. The kitchen was spotless, not only that, there was a supply of tea, coffee, sugar and Creamer. In the fridge there were 2 designated shelfs for each room. "The hotel is in need of an update, with attention to detail for any renovations. The walls of the hotel rooms are thin and you can hear people in neighbouring rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially given one of our party were being disturbed by a party in the neighbouring room. Staff moved them to another room. Breakfast was ok. The spa/swimming pool is in need of some tlc."

"Breakfast was good. A reasonable choice of cereals, juices, cold buffet and cooked options. Carpets were tired and seen better decades. TV balanced on old piece of furniture. Bolt it to the wall. Make the room bigger by getting rid of the unnecessary cabinet. 3 chairs in the room. But only a 2 person room. Clutter. Wardrobe to short to hang up a full length dress without it touching the dusty bottom. Denise the receptionist helped us change room from our first night sleeping in a ground floor...
