"We came after Universal Studios Horror nights and checked in late, at midnight. The guy at the front desk was fabulous. Something I noticed in reviews… our AC unit didnt turn on AT the unit. I turned it on and then used the dial on the wall to make it work. Then it worked perfect. Apparently there isss an elevator that comes from the garage to the front lobby, fyi. "Super easy check in and check out. Felt very safe traveling with kids in an area we are not familiar with. Everything was clean and updated. I would say bring your own pillow if you like a softer one. "

"Staff is always very friendly an accommodating. We alwys get early check in because we go dor my daughters dance intensive on NoHo 3x a year and are there early. Rolm is always teady by noon. We get the suite with the twin bed . Great littel area for my daughter. Rooms are always clean My only complaint is that this time we had to use the heater because its wintwr and cold and the heater made a clicking sound all night that kept me up . I didnt complain because we have never had those issues...

"The staff at this hotel deserve a 5 star rating. They are the best. They can’t do enough for you. From the free snacks, breakfast, and free laundy they can’t do enough for you. Just amazing. The actual room though is less than impressive. The floor is all uneven, the toilet leaks and the shower blocks every time you shower. We could hear every footstep of the people above us which was frustrating while trying to sleep. If you want amazing service with awesome treats stay here. But if you are...
