"At first, I was very impressed with this hotel, but then I got to my room, and about 30 minutes later, a roach was crawling on the wall. You would think, after spending over 300 on a room, that would be the least of your problems. I decided I wanted to take a bath, and the stopper would work. I was very disappointed in this hotel."

"Besides the ongoing construction we had a blast! Great amenities, good drinks and food at the pool bar, close to broadway at the beach and the boardwalk. Tasha was very helpful and polite and got us early check in on arrival day which we were extremely grateful for after a long 14 hour drive. Plenty of free accessible parking. Breakfast is okay, very limited options(waffles, sausages, eggs, yogurt, fruit). Will stay again!"

"Check in was great! It was fast and friendly. Our view was great! We had the ocean view and it was beautiful. Our room was not as clean as it should have been. There was food from the previous people on the floor. From a distance the floor looked cleaned but it wasn’t. You could not walk around barefoot because your feet would turn black from the ground being dirty. There were legos on the balcony and you could tell after being in the room it wasn’t clean. Who ever cleaned the room did it just to make it look presentable but didn’t really clean it. All the pools were nice and the walk up to the beach was nice too, but it smelled like urine before you walked up to the beach in the area of the dunes. Once you pass that, the beach was beautiful! And it was nice that we could go to the beach and pool and rest on the lounge chairs. But use caution on the lounge chair, I had sat down in it and didn't know it was broken the I fell trough it and needed help getting back up. There was no one around to report it to so I was up early hoping to find someone to show them and the gentleman kindly removed it from the pool area. Overall it wasn’t a bad place. I would go again. This time hoping my room is a little bit cleaner. "

"Everything was great except Check-In. Almost had to wait another 1-2hrs after designated check-in time."

"We love the property but I think it would have definitely been a hundred percent better if they had coffee machines in the rooms or coffee thermoses in the lobby. Most hotels have the cheap little coffee makers with the little packets the housekeeper gives you"
