"Air conditioning didn’t work at all well - kept turning the temperature up to make it warmer but it was still cold. I had received an email telling me to ask at check-in about an extra perk/reward for becoming a silver member, but staff knew nothing about this."

"The room was clean. Check in was easy and location was great. The lifts were busy at breakfast time which made for quite the wait to go down, but thankfully a staff member helped us use the service lift to get down after a quick phone call to let reception know 😊"
