"I normally do not write reviews, but this place is perfect. The hosts could not of been nicer. Do not be scared of adjacent washroom. The place is great and just where you want to be to enjoy an evening in the Capital. Highly recommended!!"

"Most amazing stay in central Cagliari! Upgraded to a room with a terrace, tons of space including kitchen, lounge, 2 bathroom and bedroom. Rooftop is a beautiful space for all guests and wonderful easy breakfast. Hosts were also very kind and helpful (WhatsApp texts, restaurant recs). I wish I stayed longer than 1 night! The interior felt like a proper beach home "

"Good location if you don’t mind climbing many hills and stairs to get to a good number of eating options. Great views. Room was fine, good shower/bath. Coffee machine and a wine fridge complete with bottles to purchase. Seems like a significant number of options nearby so would probably shop around a bit more if I return to Cagliari. "
"The host Fabio is exceptionally friendly and the facilities are exceptional. The kitchen has absolutely everything and it was a pleasure to stay. I would highly recommend to any tourist or traveller. "

"Enjoyable stay at this very comfortable hotel. Centrally located but wonderfully quiet. Delightful staff member who greeted us warmly on arrival and made sure we had some breakfast prepared to take with us for an early flight. Blissfully comfortable bed. A shame we could only stay for the briefest of times as we found ourselves very happy here. Highly recommended."
