"Due to the flight delay, we got the hotel at 2am, the main entrance was locked. I called, there was no answer at the beginning. Finally someone answered the phone, and asked to press a button to open the door. But there was no button anywhere to be found. The stuff was rude and inpatient. I realized I might be at the wrong door. I found a door at the parking garage which can be opened by pressing a button. It was not good experience at all"

"be prepared to wait for rooms to be available upon arrival. will not receive rooms until designated time at 300 pm. housekeeping in day time is slow. we had to wait about 5.5 hours for reserved room to be cleaned and ready. understood check in time wasnt until 3:00 pm but chaos getting the correct room reserved. reservations made at least 4 months in advance and contacted hotel directly to confirm which was told exactly what was reserved.
we had no issue with shuttle service to the airport but...
