"Very tight and small parking lot I was in a Subaru outback and it was still very tight not enough parking. They didn't put enough shampoo for more than one day and only 2 towels for 2 people."

"Cockroaches in the room, the floor was dirty and cracked, big difference between the lobby and the room, staff was bad. The lady at the reception when we check in was not in the mood to check in us, the valet is 50$ per night and don’t help at all. No hello, No door opens, no help with the luggages, nothing. Staying on the phone and waiting for us to give them the keys. Nobody told us that they had a breakfast, anyway didn’t want to try it. I saw a bar somewhere outside, nobody told us to check it out, didn’t knew the hours or anything."

"We had a wonderful stay! Comfortable bed and great breakfast. Really nice staff. Walking distance to MD Anderson and healthy restaurants near by. Will be staying here for our MD Anderson visits."

"The hotel is beautiful but there were some negatives. The pool was not heated. The spa lacked a steam room. The restaurant food was not good at all (the most disappointing part). And they keep these large koi fish in an indoor pool area with no access to the sun. Koi need sun for their health. This to me was just pure animal cruelty. For that reason, they should be ashamed of themselves."

"Photos online led me to believe the room was remodeled it was definitely not. The hotel is in process of renovations with elevator, not working and appliances all over the hallways. Some plugs didn’t work either. "
