House Keeping never came automatically, even with the sign on the door saying "yes please clean my room". We had to arrived back from a day out (every day we were there), to an unkempt room. I had to notify the front desk every day that our room needed to be cleaned. All in all, this hotel did not meet my expectations in any capacity."

"This is the best hotel in Montreal. Easy check in process, front desk staff are amazing, parking is easy, food is delicious (breakfast buffet), and balconies are handy. Really enjoy having a kitchenette everytime as well. Will always visit when in Montreal. Close to everything as well."
