"My son and I were visiting my fiancee, who works at Sonion in this business park, and obtained 2 rooms last minute as her car broke down and commuting daily from the AirBnB we rented would have been problematic. We stayed at the Wyndham up the street last time, so had experience with the area and staying here came down to cost for the two rooms, which was much cheaper than the Wyndham.
Overall a pleasant experience. Check-in was much easier than Wyndham. We were in our rooms within 10 minutes...

My only issue was when taking a shower, water goes through the door to the bathroom area instead of being contained within the shower area, other than that we had a very pleasant stay."
"Soy Y Viento is an excellent place for hot springs. Majority of the water comes from Mount Makiling; it means that the water is very relaxing and cures most your body pai. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food are excellent and very fresh. I do not mind coming back next year; for me to enjoy the hot springs from the pool. Thank you, Soy Y Viento and it is well appreciated."

"Bellevue online checklin process was convenient and sped up the check-in process. Staff were very accommodating, courteous throughout and displayed eagerness to help.
Suggestion: The facility is quite large and easy to get lost. When asked for directions, don’t point or narrate - get up and show specially for PWD’s and Seniors! "
"The Lady guard in Boracay very rude I understand the securities for all wellbeing that stayed the place .we have early check out at Positano ..so i tried to get in let my dad mom stayed inside because outside so freaking hot I talk to lady guard to let my dad inside because it’s cooler than outside ..My dad my Mom both senior citizen and my dad had medical conditions i talk to the guard and she yell at me ..I come from US to visit my Dad but she treat badly I spend a lot of money to stay for 5 days then they traet my Parents rudely.My concern i understand about the securities for all people stayed but this place need to treat the elder ones and have medical conditions I take Family medical leave because my dad condition.hope you the management fix my concerns.Thank you "
