"COCKROACHES in my room. I’ve ever experienced that in my life. And not palmetto Florida bugs. Kitchen roaches. Rotting food in the hallways that stayed there from Saturday to Tuesday. Floors are all stained disgustingly. Felt like a third world country , not America. Rude manager who offered 25 percent off ONE night stay. 25 dollars for living with roaches ? Insulting , and a joke. He didn’t even call back after I complained with the front desk, I had to call. He had attitude in his voice. ...

I stood outside the whole night never even slept in the room. Absolute waste of money for a roach hotel. Go anywhere else but here."

"I stayed in room 126 this Month. First off. The little interactions I had with the staff was good. Why I said little interactions. Barely anyone was there even to answer the blasted phones. When you are checking out there is not even a drop off box for the room cards. Your told by the maintenance person just drop it on the counter someone will pick them up at 10am. "The 8years olds from the hockey team that screamed and took over the whole lobby over the weekend was stressful and obnoxious. Not the staffs fault but no one said anything to these parent or kids. They were loud, played hockey in all the hallways, took over the business computer and parents didn't do anything either. "
