"Front desk clerk was very professional! We had a reservation and checked in a little late. 9 pm. We were given an ADA room though we had no need for this type of room. Room was large however the bathroom was not great. They shower definitely had evidence from the previous guest clearly visible and shower floor and the curtain was short and water flooded the entire restroom floor due to no edge for shower entrance. "Staff are friendly "

"My husband and I just came back our stay at the hotel and it was extremely disappointing. The hotel was going through renovations and there was dust everywhere, the place looked like it was abandoned. I can understand that when you have renovations things are not going to look great, however, when we booked there was nothing on their site indicating that these were the conditions. They still charge the regular rate as well. Definitely not the best experience."

"The room and hallway smelled. There were multiple big roaches all over the room. Airbdidnt work, tv didn’t work, internet didn’t work. No hand soap,shampoo,or body wash. I stood outside the whole night never even slept in the room. Absolute waste of money for a roach hotel. Go anywhere else but here."

"The room was not clean and there were roaches and stains on the bed. I’m thankful to the man that was working there because he did switch my room, but even then the blankets were not cleaned at all. I’m thankful for the place to have stayed, but that is not. It is not a clean place to stay. "

"The 8years olds from the hockey team that screamed and took over the whole lobby over the weekend was stressful and obnoxious. Not the staffs fault but no one said anything to these parent or kids. They were loud, played hockey in all the hallways, took over the business computer and parents didn't do anything either. "
