"Excellent value for money, clean and modern"

"Beds are bumby ,pillows lumpy ,large gap in middle off double bed. Hairs on the floor ie blonde im dark haired very Noisy , loose toilet seat. & toilet holder which moved everytime you tried to take toilet roll off, shower started spraying out water at 1.15am in the morning Sticky table,My handbag stuck to it, ripped chair in the room aswell Room 305 Would i stay again NO Plus when you get to the hotel you have to pay a £50 deposit for the room thats after you have paid for the room"

"Kitchen was well equipped, fridge freezer, 5 ringed hob, microwave, wine cooler, kettle, sachets of milk coffee & a couple of teabags. All crockery cups plates supplied, plus’s knifes & forks. All utensils plus pans. "

"The room was spacious spotless and incredible toiletries to use the bed was comfy and the room was cleaned daily with towels replaced when required beautiful hotel that was on a side street at the main shopping centre that had beautiful shops including a very expensive jewelers called Rox we realy enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again"

"Gym was small but equipment was in good condition. Great size apartment which had everything that I needed. There was a strange electric humming noise on the first night but they fixed it very quickly when I mentioned it to the reception staff. Would come again."

"Location is good, close to shopping, pubs and food. Walking distance to the Cavern pub/club/restaurant. beware of homeless tent perched on the sidewalk next to hotel entrance. This hotel also services long term stays and our original assigned room smelled of tobacco smoke from previous tenant…front desk was able to relocate us to a better room. Thank you!"

"We shared a 1 bedroom apartment and appreciated having the sitting room space. The kitchen area had everything we needed for our 3 night stay and the location was perfect for the centre of Liverpool. Our room overlooked the rear of the property and was quiet so no night disturbances for us. The room was clean and had a fan which was useful, although with windows open and with a door to a small balcony there was plenty of ventilation. No air-conditioning in the room which was not an issue for...

"We had issues with the Bathrlom which was a shame as we use the Liner frequently. I have raised it directly with the Hotel and whilst l had an acknowledgement, l am still awaiting a response. So rather un impressed as l raised this on Sunday. But maybe l should have learned by the fact that l never had a response to my query about parking sent back when booking was made. Customer Service is certainly not great anymore."

"Very central location, had an issue with the front entrance and keycode, but so did another family staying, we were given an alternative code that we had to use. The place was very clean, however there was bleach stains on carpets in bedroom and a cracked mirror, but these things could be overlooked considering price. If your a very light sleeper take ear plugs as you can hear street noise from bars and clubs nearby. For the price, location and cleanliness I would stay again and recommend."
